What is Credit Insurance ?

Credit Insurance is an insurance product to protect against the risk of non-payment by its customers. Thanks to our solutions, you develop your business activity by securing your cash flow.

How does the credit insurance contract work ?

Our policies are modular to adapt to your activity. Depending on the level of outstanding amounts of your customers, you ask us about the financial health of your buyer and freely, based on our feedback, you decide the payment conditions to be granted.

What services are included in my contract ?

Several services are included in your contract: monitoring the financial health of your customers, collecting your outstanding debts, compensating you for your unrecovered losses.

What happens in case of non-payment ?

In case of non-payment, you entrust Cartan Trade with the recovery of your debt, amicably or judicially. You are then compensated for your unrecovered losses.

How can I cancel ?

Our contracts are for a minimum of 1 year. To terminate your contract at the end of the term, it’s very simple: you must inform Cartan Trade by mail no later than 3 months before the expiry date. Otherwise, your contract will be renewed for the same period.

All the teams of Cartan Trade are mobilized to offer you the best quality of service and the excellence in your daily accompaniment. If however you meet a dissatisfaction, we commit ourselves to solve your complaint with the greatest diligence.

You can first contact your usual contact person for any complaint. In the absence of satisfactory answer, you can address a written complaint to us: claimsdepartment@cartantrade.com

In addition, a complaint form is available on our website. You will find it under the tab https://cartantrade.com/contact/. Please select the correct field for your request.

We undertake to acknowledge receipt of your request within a maximum of 10 (ten) working days from dispatch of your complaint. Within a maximum of 2 (two) months from the sending of your first written expression of dissatisfaction, we undertake to provide you with a written response, in a clear manner, adapted to the case in question and argued.
