WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF COOKIES  AND OTHER TRACKERS ?

2.3 PERSONAL DATA VIA FORMS

 

The data collected from a contact form are kept for 24 months.
Only Cartan Trade has access to this information, i.e. its employees: natural persons employed within CARTAN TRADE. CARTAN TRADE does not request service providers or subcontractors to process these data.
In its capacity as data processor, the host Gandi, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, also sets out its commitments in its privacy policy when processing personal data for CARTAN TRADE.

3. COOKIES STORAGE PERIOD

 

The maximum duration of storage of cookies is 13 months after they are first placed on the user’s terminal, as is the duration of the validity of the user’s consent to the use of these cookies.
